    SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

    • We currently offer standard U.S. and International shipping via USPS. Please note larger and/or heavier packages may ship via UPS.
    • Standard shipping orders take 5-7 business days to be verified, processed, inspected and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. This does not include weekends and holidays.
    • Once we ship out your order, please allow 3-7 business days for USPS delivery to the U.S 48 Continental States and 3-15 business days for USPS delivery to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U. S. Territories. International orders will also ship via USPS. International shipping estimated delivery time is 3-21 business days (up to 5 weeks).
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but it is not an actual tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
    • Please exclude processing time when calculating your package's date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
    • International Orders: We cannot track a package shipped internationally once it leaves the USA. There is no visibility for International USPS First Class packages. Tracking for these packages will generally show when it was picked up by USPS and when it was delivered.

     

    FREE SHIPPING

    We do offer free shipping on orders totaling at least $99. This offer only applies to orders shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses. No coupon codes are needed for free shipping on orders that are at least $99. Orders subtotal must be $99 or more after all taxes, discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free shipping. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Free Shipping is standard shipping only.

     

    MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

    The products you order may be filled from several locations, and some products may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. The total charges for all the shipments will equal the total for the entire order. If you have multiple shipments, you will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

     

    GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

    • Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
    • We will only accept one coupon code per order.
    • Products purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned. Products purchased with a coupon code that is less than 30% may be returnable for online store credit only.
    • We require a signature for delivery when an order is valued at $250 or more. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to us, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the buyer.
    • Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ZOASIS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product.

    PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

    ZOASIS cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Unfortunately, a product can be sold out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. We try our very best to ship your product as it becomes available. Please note there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for shipment.

    If an out-of-stock product cannot be obtained and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to remove the product from your order, issue a refund to your original payment method for the product(s) not in stock and ship the remainder of your order. Please note if a product is out of stock, it usually will be noted above the product description.     PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS

    Any product marked “pre-order” in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the product’s description. If your order contains a pre-order product, your entire order will ship on or about the given date in the pre-order’s description.

    However, if you would like your in-stock products to be shipped separately from your pre-order product, please make a note “to ship separate” before completing checkout. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for two different shipping costs.

     

    RETURN TO SENDER

    If your order/package is returned to us, you will be notified within 3 business days. A notification will be sent via email, regarding receiving your order back. Your package will be held at a maximum of 3 business days. We can reship your order for an additional shipping fee.

    If we do not receive a response from you, you will be issued an online store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. This amount will be deducted from your online store credit. **Restocking fees and/or reshipping fees cannot be waived under any circumstances.

     

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS

    If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to ZOASIS. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. **Restocking fees and/or shipping fees cannot be waived under any circumstances.

     

    RESERVED SHIPPING RIGHTS

    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, ZOASIS reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    Additionally, ZOASIS reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing”.
    • An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, damaged, and/or missing items.
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, ZOASIS reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

     

    ZOASIS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • Delays with USPS or UPS Shipping.
    • International Duties or Customs fees.
    • Any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, and/or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    • Packages/Products that are held, misdelivered, lost, missing, or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages. No refunds will be issued.
    • Packages marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
    • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
    • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please check with your neighbors and/or family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

    • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 2 to 4 business days to process the order. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

     

    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change the address of the order. If your shipping address is incorrect, please write to us at hello@shopzoasis.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA

    We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

    International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, and we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

    Please note we are not responsible for packages/products shipped internationally and/or packages/products that are held, misdelivered, lost, missing, or damaged in the mail. We cannot track a package shipped internationally once it leaves the USA. No refunds will be issued.
